LET YOURSELF BLOSSOM.
Life is a crazy, yet daring ride. You ought to challenge yourself and blossom towards new experiences. Embrace the sun peeking out in the morning with that velvet orange and bright aura that makes you want to smile bigger than ever. Take in those cotton candy skies at 6 a.m. and the breezy winds that pulls you into a warm embrace. Treasure the sound of the ocean, the thrill of a great climb or hike, quiet time in a coffee shop. These are the little things that can make a day worthwhile. Enjoy them. Celebrate them. Know that even in your hardest moments, you must breathe. Feel lighter. You are a fighter.

Most people want to be in good health, experience well-being, be satisfied with work, accept themselves, be respected, and have supportive relationships. If your life feels hectic, monotonous, or incomplete, then you need to get back in control. Anything that holds value in life requires time, effort, focus, and is likely to cause discomfort along the way. Be the person you want to be, and live the life you want by learning how to change your thinking, make lifestyle modifications, and be productive.
Many people are negative. The mind is like a garden, How much effort does it take to grow weeds? None! The same is with negativity, it requires no planting or looking after it is what is generally there by default. Positivity though requires effort and maintenance to grow and keep.
We are never deprogrammed, the time when we need to be setting our goals and establishing our dreams into tangible thoughts and plans, is the same time we face lack of confidence and the "i cant do it" complex still remains.
Through a series of sessions in an environment safe for you we can explore the things you have placed deep in the caverns of your mind labelled 'impossible for me to achieve' but in reality are actually not impossible at all simply unwritten goals.
Nothing is impossible when improving ourselves. The gap between you and your goal may seem large but you can close the gap by belief training and producing the habits and actions that make them realities.
People who say you cannot achieve it are simply projecting their own restrictions and limitations on you! The problem is that we listen to them and believe them, rather than believe in ourselves.
If you really want to change and achieve your dreams we can guide you by deprogramming negative thoughts and behaviors and programming you with positive ones. At the beginning we simply ask you to concentrate on our belief in you. Then as we strengthen your foundations and build on them you will begin to believe in yourself and eventually exit the sessions with a sincere, powerful mindset that has you achieving your goals.
Your Greatest Self.
Kids don’t see any limits. They see the world through the lens of opportunity and believe that anything is possible. Unfortunately, this open-minded, brave-hearted, fearless approach to life doesn’t stick around. We get told there are things we can’t do. We’re taught to settle. We get trapped in the status quo until we reach a point where we stop dreaming in the same way.
I like to think that there are two versions of you. There’s the YOU that’s living your life right now. And there’s another YOU that’s holding the torch for your best self.
Exactly who your best self is will be different for everyone. My definition is to become fully expressed, continually explore how far you can go, and to stand in your full potential.
The beautiful thing about chasing your best self is there’s no fixed destination. You can’t know for sure where you want to end up because at each stage of growth a whole new door flies open.
That said, there are things you can do that make the journey easier and more fulfilling. So get excited and keep reading to discover the specific mindsets, behaviors, and commitments that will empower you to become the person you always knew you could be.
I have had a consultation with a Soma Fusion Life Coach during a time of crazy upheaval in my life. I needed help, but not just therapy. I was a little wary — positive psychology?
Was I gonna have to listen to how I should just smile through this and think happy thoughts? I’d tried that. If it had worked, I wouldn’t have needed help.
My coach met me with great compassion and empathy, not puppies and rainbows. She acknowledged that the situation I was going through was incredibly difficult, and then gave me tools for how to work through it.
Some of our sessions were super practical, and some of our sessions were deep and insightful. All of them were incredibly useful and helped me work through one of the most stressful and difficult times of my life. I had very little money to spend on the basic necessities of life, but I’m so glad I made the investment to go see her.
If you’re looking for someone to help you connect to your strength and grace, she’s who you want in your corner.

There’s an old, outdated assumption that time heals all wounds. But I believe this to be untrue.
In the words of Dr. Phil, “Time doesn’t change us. It’s what we do with that time that changes us.” We are all more than capable of taking control back into our own hands when life knocks us down.
It’s just a matter of doing so deliberately. Making changes that will move us forward. Finding a way to progress with purpose, rather than simply letting life knock us around into whoever we will become next.
